HomeMoves-Direct will provide you with a professional service. So if you are seeking a property to rent our team aims to make the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. From seeing a property that catches your eye till the day you move in, we’re there to help!

Here is a guide to how the process runs:

Finding your property
Once you have registered your details with us, our staff will keep you up to date with any properties becoming available that fit your criteria.

Viewings
We will arrange appointments that are convenient to you during weekdays and on Saturdays.


Making your offer
Once you have found your ideal property and made an offer to us, we will immediately submit it to the landlord. Any offer made is naturally subject to satisfactory references being received and a tenancy agreement being completed.


Acceptance of your offer
Once your offer has been accepted we will ask you for references and prepare the tenancy agreement between you and the landlord.


The Agreement
Once all terms have been agreed by both parties and satisfactory references have been received, all the documentation is forwarded to you and the landlord for signature.


Rent and deposit
Prior to the start of the tenancy, we provide you with a statement showing the initial monies due for the property. This will include the first rental payment, normally one calendar month in advance depending upon the terms agreed. The deposit (usually one calendar month rent) together with the administration fee are collected at the same time.


Completion
Once the tenancy agreement has been signed and cleared funds have been received in respect of the rent, deposit and other charges, the tenancy can proceed.
